We confirmed yesterday with JHU admin that we will have our next three (3) bargaining sessions on the following dates:

Wednesday, May 27th: 11:00am-2:00pm (location TBD)
While frustrating to not have a session in April despite providing a handful of available dates on our end, we’re excited by the opportunity to make May a month where we make a lot of progress on our first collectively bargained contract. Beyond what our Bargaining Committee is doing, one way you can personally help us make progress towards our goals is by attending a session as an observer. Attending bargaining sessions as an observer demonstrates to JHU admin that postdocs are invested in reaching a strong contract quickly.

Happy Hour: We will get together and meet for a drink at the Ministry of Brewing following the meeting. All are welcome!

You’ll also have the chance to connect with fellow supportive postdocs and strategize on how we can work together to win real lasting improvements to our working conditions here at Hopkins.
