As postdocs at Hopkins, we’re trained to question assumptions, challenge weak evidence, and push for better outcomes. So why stop short when it comes to our own workplace? This moment is about applying that same rigor and collective strength to shaping a contract that reflects our worth.

Where? STILE Classroom (PCTB 115), Preclinical Teaching Building, 725 N. Wolfe Street

Format: Hybrid- a zoom link will be provided for those who prefer to attend virtually!

Food & drinks: Pizza and soft drinks provided for in-person attendees!

Happy Hour: We will get together and meet for a drink at the Ministry of Brewing following the meeting. All are welcome!
What to Expect?
At this meeting, you’ll hear directly from members of our elected bargaining committee with the latest updates on how the contract negotiations are progressing. You’ll also have the chance to connect with fellow supportive postdocs and strategize on how we can work together to win real lasting improvements to our working conditions here at Hopkins.
